As a Team Lead/Manager in the Data Services Team you will be responsible for providing effective guidance for optimal task allocation and project delivery. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and collaboration in an agile environment.

The team is responsible to construct client deliverables by aggregating, evaluating and analyzing data and to provide context on the content. The team also performs end of gate quality control on the data by means of change detection and validation, using smart tools and technologies.


  • Manage 5-6 direct reports and be accountable for the team's performance and project delivery
  • Build work procedures and policies around data management, using best practices and mature methodologies as reference points
  • Supervise and review client deliverables in accordance with procedures;
  • Create/contribute to developing technical tools for automated quality assurance;
  • Monitor and report on team KPIs;
  • Lead initiatives for deliverable automation and process optimisation.
  • Drives continuous quality improvement, and helps improve operational efficiency
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to drive the root cause analysis and problem resolutions.
  • Performs change management activities with regard to data analysis.


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in statistics, informatics, economics, management or mathematics;
  • At least 2-3 years’ work experience in leading data-oriented teams;
  • Strong analytical skills including data QA knowledge/experience;
  • Relevant technical skills and/or commitment to develop technical skills (e.g. Python, SQL, VBA) and learn new technologies (BI tools – Power BI, Exago);
  • Good understanding of corporate data, market data, fundamental data, and reference data is considered an asset;
  • Ability to lead data projects, effectively planning and allocating resources to meet the defined goals;
