We are looking for an ambitious customer facing professional to join our newly formed, fast growing Customer Success team. This is a perfect role for someone who has expertise in bond markets, thrives in a client-facing role, and enjoys relationship building. This position will provide expert support to our sustainable finance solutions clients, ensuring client satisfaction and creating opportunities for revenue growth.


  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new SPO customers
  • Assure customer expectations/promises and deliverables are managed and met
  • Hand-hold client from Sales-Close to handover and again until the next sale
  • Resolve issues through escalate or by providing or organizing assistance for the customer
  • Be the customer’s main point of contact, working collaboratively across internal teams to enhance their customer experience and satisfaction, and to resolve issues
  • Support the broader team in its goals of churn reduction and customer retention
  • Build relationships with customer’s decision makers in Procurement, Sustainability, Investor Relations and Treasury departments and identify upsell opportunities within these departments
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions on Sustainalytics products & services.
  • Assist with organization of sales related events and conferences.
  • Develop ESG and Sustainable Supply Chain industry knowledge.
  • Support Roadshows, investor inquiries and marketing of Issuances
  • Create demand for this service through business development, training of sales and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support renewals, expansion opportunities and added support to customers for products that are in pilot or beta


  • A keen interest and ability to learn the ICMA and the sustainable bonds market and knowledge of ESG and Sustainability
  • Minimum 2-3 years of client facing sales or service experience and commercially astute and a relationship builder
  • Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using a CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting customer interaction data from a CRM
  • Proven proactive problem solver
  • Highly self-motivated, with ability to work independently
