POSITION PURPOSE

Support Sustainalytics’ Global Talent Acquisition team in successfully delivering on our recruitment objectives for optimal human capital planning of resources. This position will be based in our Bucharest office but will work closely with recruiters and hiring teams across multiple global locations and will provide support with the full range of recruitment and selection activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist hiring managers in their selection process by sourcing and contacting applicants for a variety of positions across our business units globally.
  • Support with interview scheduling and assessment of candidates, as appropriate for specific positions.
  • Support with ATS enhancements and reporting.
  • Engage and coordinate employer branding activities, both online and offline, as aligned with our global strategy.
  • Assist with learning and development activities centered around our recruitment function – training materials, manager resources, research and analysis of industry trends.
  • Maintain contact with partners and vendors for our recruitment and branding projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors’ degree graduate, preferably in human resources related fields; relevant masters is a plus
  • 1-3 years of work experience, previous experience with hiring and selection is a plus
  • A detail-oriented and organized person with good planning, administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Tech-savvy, able to adapt to new technologies and curious about future developments
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in English (company language)
  • Passion for human interaction and communication.
