The Business & Systems Analyst will be based in Romania and part of our Operational Excellence (OE) Team in Research Products Functions, and will support us in our ongoing and planned OE initiatives centered around- processes, procedures, reporting and MIS, requirements mapping, productivity tools exploration & development etc.
This role will report directly to the OE Director and is ideal for a dynamic, self-starter looking to grow in his career quickly having maximum 3-5 years of experience while carrying- a very strong blend of :
Analytical thinking; Deep MS Office Knowledge (all verticals of Microsoft Office- including Outlook, Teams, Power Apps, Power BI, Excel Macros, Power Point, Visio and SharePoint- with preferably-though not compulsorily-SQL based querying too);
Hands-on experience in business requirements and use-case mapping-documentation-presentation,, process mapping, KPIs & metrics usage, data modeling implementing complex inhouse/COTS external productivity software solutions; with excellent English communication skills.
The role will undergo testing to explore analytical thinking and technical knowledge and hence only those applicants who meet the criteria closely are encouraged to apply.
