The ‘Operations Support Analyst’ will be based in Romania (Bucharest or Timisoara) & part of our global, Operational Excellence (OE) Team in Research Products Functions, and will support us in our ongoing and planned projects and day-to-day operations centered around- processes, procedures, reporting and MIS, tools & systems etc.

This role will report directly to the Head of Operational Excellence (who is based in Toronto) and is ideal for a dynamic, self-starter looking to grow in his career quickly having at least 3 years (and no more than 5 years) of experience while carrying- a very strong blend of :
Analytical thinking; Deep MS Office Knowledge (all verticals of Microsoft Office- including Outlook, Teams, Power Apps, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Power Point, Visio and SharePoint- with preferably-though not compulsorily-SQL based querying too);
Please do not apply for this Role without the indicated MS-Office, Power BI and SQL querying skills as there will be a Test involved prior to any offer.


  • Support the Director in executing the functional agenda on day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate within Research Products (RP), with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders, with subject matter experts on variety of projects and work with them to understand the business needs and desired outcomes
  • Work on specialized data (including large data sets), creating insights & graphical reports from that data and supporting tool development in sync with Technology partners


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science or Computer science
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills- including Excel based macros, advanced Word & PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Teams and Share Point- are mandatory
  • Excellent English communication is a must
  • Knowledge of SQL database environments (MSSQL, MySQL) is an advantage
  • Experience with business analysis and documents writing, is an advantage
  • Relevant experience with data analytics, statistical methods like Mini Tab is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills and initiative
