Responsible for supporting a growing team to professionally manage Sustainalytics’ company feedback processes and its relationship with the corporate community. A key focus will be on improving the on-line experience of issuers who decide to engage in Sustainalytics company feedback process related to our ESG ratings and research products. This includes responsibility for working with ESG research teams in designing and executing the feedback processes and with the Digital Products team to develop a platform to enable company data entry. Also responsible for continuous improvement efforts focused on improving the company experience with Sustainalytics.


  • Contribute to the development of Sustainalytics’ company feedback platform
  • Continuous improvement of informational materials and tools to support companies dialoguing with Sustainalytics
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to drive improvements to research teams’ feedback processes
  • Support research feedback operations
  • Support answering issuer inquiries
  • Research options to continue to make improvements in issuers’ overall experience with Sustainalytics.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for ESG issuer data collection processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, i.e. working in a corporate sustainability department;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the ESG information landscape;
  • Experience in sustainability reporting and in responding to ESG information requests
  • Excellent Project Management skills;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Alignment with the company’s mission, vision and values;
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and adept at driving outcomes in uncertain and rapidly changing environments.
