The mandate of this role is to develop and implement Quality Management and Operational Excellence programs across the Research Products team. The key focus of Quality Management is the development of standards, procedures and a Quality Scorecard based on the Lean Six Sigma framework of DMAIC – Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. In terms of Operational Excellence, the candidate will identify opportunities to improve business processes and seek efficiencies teamwide. The role involves close coordination with various research teams as well as our Product Management, Digital Operations, and Client Relations teams. The successful candidate will keep a holistic perspective around Quality and Operational Excellence while strongly leveraging key metrics to drive these agendas forward.
