POSITION PURPOSE
Our Product Owners work closely within Digital Product teams to identify business vision and translate it into documented requirements after a thorough analysis of business workflows and processes. Product Owners are also responsible for coordinating with business stakeholders and the development team to ensure operational stability in their digital product and follow up on any reported issues.
You will be working with smart, dynamic, and outgoing people who work hard but also try to make the work environment fun. You will be collaborating with like-minded teams in other offices around the world to provide innovative software solutions to business challenges and as such, teamwork and English communication skills are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with stakeholders from various teams to identify the requirements of a value-driven and user-centric product
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for the development and quality assurance teams
- Create and maintain product documentation and presentations, and conduct product demos
- Lead sprint planning and retrospective meetings, and daily standups
- Establish product release plans in collaboration with development and quality assurance leads
- Communicate product release updates, changes in requirements and/or development efforts to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain a detailed and prioritized product backlog
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate degree in business or engineering; a master’s degree is considered a plus
- At least 3 years of experience as a product owner, product manager or business analyst
- Strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional work teams
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with financial markets or responsible investment is a plus
